General Conditions for Returns:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and accessories.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Product-Specific Return Policies:

Perfumes: Due to the nature of our fragrances, we can only accept returns if they are unopened and in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned. We highly recommend purchasing a sample of our perfumes first to ensure you like the scent and it works with your natural body chemistry before purchasing a larger bottle.

Socks: Returns are accepted if the socks are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn are not eligible for return.

Hair Accessories: These items can be returned if they are in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Keychains: Keychains must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear or damage.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at support@herveloucindi.com.

Shipping for Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Select Your Diffuser Vessel: Choose a suitable reed diffuser vessel. Ensure it's clean and dry before use.

• Add Fragrance Oil: Pour your desired fragrance oil or essential oil blend into the diffuser vessel. We recommend starting with about 5 ounces for a standard-sized vessel.

• Insert Reeds: Place 10 to 20 rattan reeds into the vessel. The number of reeds you use will affect the intensity of the fragrance – more reeds mean a stronger scent.

• Allow Reeds to Absorb Oil: Give the reeds 24-48 hours to absorb and diffuse the fragrance. For a stronger scent, flip the reeds every few days.

• Flip with Care: When flipping the reeds, do so over a sink and wipe the vessel with a clean, damp cloth to avoid any oil drips on surfaces.

• Refresh or Replace Reeds: Over time, reeds may become saturated and lose their effectiveness. Refresh your diffuser by replacing the reeds every 2-3 months or when the scent begins to fade.

Q: How often should I flip the diffuser reeds? A: For optimal fragrance throw, flip the reeds every few days. Regular flipping helps maintain a consistent scent level.

Q: Can I use the same reeds with different fragrances? A: We recommend using new reeds when changing fragrances to prevent scent mingling. Reeds absorb specific oils and might not work as effectively with a different scent.

Q: Are the reeds safe for homes with pets or children? A: While the reeds themselves are safe, the diffuser oils can be harmful if ingested or come into direct contact with skin. Keep the diffuser and reeds out of reach of children and pets.

Q: How can I increase the scent throw of my diffuser? A: Increasing the number of reeds will intensify the fragrance. Additionally, placing the diffuser in a high-traffic area or near a doorway can help circulate the scent more effectively.

Q: What should I do if the fragrance is too strong? A: If the scent is overwhelming, remove a few reeds to adjust the fragrance intensity to your liking.
